Kiln Rental
Bring your glass art to life using our professional-grade Olympic kilns! Whether you're an experienced glass artist who needs extra firing capacity or a student ready to fire your own creations. Our kiln rental program gives you access to top-tier equipment in a fully supported studio environment.
Available kilns:
14" Square Kiln (12 key controller, side elements only)- perfect for small projects and test firings, 12" x 12" shelf
18" Square Kiln (12 key controller, side elements only)- great for functional ware and medium-sized pieces, 16" x 16" shelf
29" Square Kiln (Gensis digital controller, side and top elements) - ideal for larger projects and drop rings, 27" x 27" shelf
30" x 60" Flatbed Kiln (Gensis digital controller side and top elements)- perfect for large panels, production work, and advanced firings, 28" x 58" hardy board shelf. Fiber Paper is used for larger projects
Rental Includes:
Use of kiln and controller
Studio staff assistance with loading and programming if needed
Standard fusing schedules (custom schedules available)
Basic kiln wash or thin fire paper (other consumables available for purchase)
All work must be 90 COE glass.

Artwork may be photographed to promote our kiln rental capability
Artwork needs to be picked up within 10 business days.
Artwork left over 30 days will be donated or destroyed, unless other arrangements are made.

This represents our (2) (29" x 29") with a working surface of 27" x 27" shelf. Side and top elements and the Gensis digital controller.
We have programs pre-loaded, but can program your schedule into the controller.
Olympic Kiln large
Meet LUCY
Olympic kiln 30" x 60" with a working surface of 28"x58". Shelf at this time is Hardy board and there is a seam on the board. If piece is larger than the Hardy Board, we will lay Fiber Paper down on floor of kiln with thin fire on the surface of fiber paper.
