Purchasing, Refunds, Shipping, & Studio Policy
Inventory Availability
We do our best to keep inventory accurate. Should an item be unavailable after purchase, we will notify you immediately and issue a refund.
Discount Exclusions
Certain items are excluded from standard discounts and promotions, including:
• Bullseye Tekta Packs
• Bullseye Class Packs
• Bullseye Disco Packs
• Gold-Bearing Glass Products
Gold-bearing glass products contain real gold and are priced according to current market conditions.
Art Glass City reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
Online Purchasing
Items may be purchased online for in-store pick-up or direct shipping. A $1.00 non-refundable service charge applies to all in-store pick-up orders.
Pick-Up Information
Pick-up hours: 11:30 AM–4:30 PM, starting the day after your order is placed.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
For curbside pickup, call 214-488-9412 when you arrive.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate vehicle space for glass items.
Art Glass City / EZ Fuse is not liable for damage incurred during loading or transportation by the customer.
Shipping Details
We ship within the U.S. via UPS Ground.
Shipping rates are weight-based, rounded up per carrier requirements.
Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Schedule
Orders placed Tuesday–Saturday before 2:00 PM ship the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ship the next business day.
Orders placed Sunday or Monday ship on Tuesday.
Delays due to severe weather will be communicated.
Third-Party Forwarding Services
If an order is shipped to a third-party package forwarding service or reshipping provider, Art Glass City’s responsibility ends once the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Art Glass City is not responsible for damage, loss, or handling issues that occur after the package has been delivered to the forwarding service.
Customers using third-party forwarding services assume all responsibility for the package once it reaches the forwarding address.
Shipping Damage Policy
All shipments leave our facility carefully packaged to minimize the risk of breakage.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
• The damaged item
• The packaging materials
• The shipping box and label
Photos must be emailed to ArtGlassCity@gmail.com before a claim can be processed.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may prevent us from filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Art Glass City reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit.
Returns & Refunds
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Return shipping is covered by us only if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
Refunds typically process within 4 weeks, accounting for:
Transit to us (5–10 business days). Processing time (3–5 business days). Bank posting (5–10 business days)
Missing Items & Order Accuracy
We take great care when packing orders, but in the rare event that an item is missing, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified, Art Glass City will resolve the issue by one of the following methods:
• Issuing a refund for the missing item
• Providing store credit
• Including the missing item with a future order
The resolution method will be determined by Art Glass City based on the situation.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Prices are listed in USD.
Sales tax applied per Texas state law.
We do not accept credit card payments over the phone.
Tax-exempt customers must have a valid Texas tax exemption form on file.
Retail / Studio Class Policy
General Class Rules
No photography or video recording is allowed in the studio.
Class materials, instructions, and handouts may not be shared or distributed outside the enrolled class.
The studio seats up to 10 students per class.
Pre-registration and payment are required to reserve a spot.
Class cancellations must be made 48+ hours in advance for a refund.
Multi-Class Bundles
4-class bundles must be completed within 6 weeks.
If you anticipate scheduling issues, contact us so we can work with you.
Project Pickup
Completed projects must be picked up within 10 business days of notification.
Unclaimed work may be forfeited due to storage limitations.
Kiln Rental Policy
We offer five kilns of various sizes available for rental.
Kiln rentals must be scheduled in advance due to firing cycles.
A firing schedule must be provided and approved prior to rental.
Art Glass City is not responsible for glass behavior due to user-submitted firing schedules.
Studio Safety Policy
For your safety and the safety of others
Required Clothing
Closed-toe shoes, Cotton shirt, Long pants, Gloves, apron & safety glasses (provided as needed)
Equipment Use
Students may not use cold-working stations unless they have received proper instruction. Damage to equipment (diamond pads, grinder heads, etc.) caused by negligence will result in the student being responsible for repair or replacement costs. Continued misuse may result in loss of cold-working privileges. Art Glass City is not responsible for damage occurring during cold-working. If a fused project is damaged during the kiln firing process, we will assist in correcting the issue when possible.
