Your guide to purchasing, shipping, returns, tax-exempt purchases, classes, safety, and studio use.
At Art Glass City, we are committed to providing a clear and straightforward experience for our customers and students. Please review the following policies before making a purchase, registering for a class, or using the studio.
Purchasing, Shipping & In-Store Pickup
Online Purchasing
Items may be purchased online for in-store pickup or direct shipping where available.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day.
Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Saturday during normal business operations. Orders placed on Sundays, Mondays, holidays, or outside normal business hours will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing and shipping times may vary due to order volume, product availability, severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
In-Store Pickup
Pickup hours are 11:30 AM–4:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.
Please allow 1 business day for order processing. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
For curbside pickup, call 214-488-9412 when you arrive.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR PICKUP: Customers are responsible for arriving with a vehicle that has adequate space to safely accommodate and transport all purchased glass, equipment, and merchandise.
Art Glass City / EZ Fuse is not responsible for damage occurring during customer loading or transportation after merchandise leaves our possession.
Shipping Details
We ship within the United States using the carrier and shipping service selected by Art Glass City based on the size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements of the order.
Shipping charges are calculated based on applicable carrier rates and package requirements.
Shipping and handling charges are non-
refundable except when a return or replacement is required due to an error by Art Glass City.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $300 or more, calculated after discounts and before sales tax.
Certain products are excluded from free-shipping promotions, including:
Bullseye Tekta Packs
Bullseye Class Packs
Bullseye Disco Packs
Oversized, special-order, or manufacturer-direct items when indicated
Art Glass City reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any free-shipping promotion at any time.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery with proof of purchase.
Returned merchandise must be unused,
unaltered, and in resalable condition.
The following items are non-returnable:
Cut glass
Special-order merchandise
Clearance merchandise
Final-sale merchandise
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Art Glass City or an item arrived defective or damaged.
For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund when merchandise is returned for reasons other
than an Art Glass City error.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and financial institution.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment whenever possible.
If an order qualifying for free shipping has already been packed, processed, or a shipping label has been purchased before the cancellation request is received, Art Glass City reserves the right to deduct actual shipping or carrier costs already incurred from the refund.
Damaged Shipments
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please retain all merchandise, packaging materials, and shipping boxes until the claim has been resolved.
Photos of the damaged merchandise and packaging may be required before a refund, replacement, or carrier claim can be processed.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We do not accept credit card payments over the phone.
A $35 returned-check fee will be charged for any check returned or dishonored by the financial institution.
Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law.
Resale & Tax-Exempt Purchases
Sales tax will be collected unless Art Glass City has received and accepted the appropriate, properly completed resale or exemption documentation before the sale is processed as tax-exempt.
Customers purchasing merchandise for resale must provide a properly completed and signed Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Form 01-339).
A sales tax permit, permit number, business card, EIN, or Federal Tax ID number by itself is not sufficient to remove sales tax from a purchase.
The resale certificate must include all information required by the Texas Comptroller, including the purchaser's applicable Texas sales tax permit number or qualifying out-of-state retailer registration number, description of the items being purchased for resale, business information, purchaser signature, and date.
Completed certificates may be provided in person or submitted electronically to ArtGlassCity@gmail.com. Scanned or electronic copies must be complete, legible, signed, and dated.
Art Glass City reserves the right to verify resale or exemption information and to decline a certificate that is incomplete, invalid, inconsistent with the purchase, or otherwise does not meet applicable requirements.
Until the required documentation has been received and accepted by Art Glass City, sales tax will be charged.
Customers are responsible for providing updated documentation when their business, permit, registration, or exemption information changes.
Inventory Availability
We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory counts. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate refund, substitution option, or other available resolution.
Discounts & Promotions
Discounts and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and exclusions.
Gold-bearing glass is excluded from all discounts and promotional events.
Other specialty, limited-production, Vault, clearance, manufacturer-direct, or specially priced products may also be excluded where indicated.
Art Glass City reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel discounts or promotional offers at any time.
Retail / Studio Class Policy
General Class Rules
No photography or video recording is permitted in the studio without prior authorization.
Class materials, instructions, techniques, and handouts may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed outside the enrolled class without permission.
The studio accommodates up to 10 students per class.
Pre-registration and payment are required to reserve a class space.
Class cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Multi-Class Bundles
Four-class bundles must be completed within 6 weeks.
If you anticipate a scheduling issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.
Project Pickup
Completed projects must be picked up within 10 business days after notification that the project is ready.
Due to limited storage space, projects not picked up within the required period may be considered abandoned and may be discarded or forfeited.
Kiln Rental Policy
Art Glass City offers five kilns of various sizes for rental.
Kiln rentals must be scheduled in advance due to firing cycles and kiln availability.
A firing schedule must be provided and approved before rental.
Art Glass City is not responsible for glass compatibility issues, thermal shock, devitrification, reactions, breakage, or other glass behavior resulting from customer-provided materials, designs, or firing schedules.
Studio Safety Policy
Required Clothing
For the safety of everyone in the studio, appropriate clothing and protective equipment may be required, including:
Closed-toe shoes
Appropriate shirt
Long pants where required for the activity
Gloves, apron, and safety glasses as provided or directed
Equipment Use
Students and studio users may not operate cold-working equipment or other specialized equipment without appropriate instruction and authorization.
Damage to equipment, including diamond pads, grinder heads, tools, or other studio equipment, resulting from negligence or improper use may result in the customer or student being responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Continued unsafe or improper equipment use may result in loss of equipment or studio privileges.
Art Glass City is not responsible for damage to customer projects occurring during customer-performed cold-working.
Glass is an unpredictable material. Although we take reasonable care when firing customer and student projects, Art Glass City cannot guarantee the outcome of any firing. If a project is damaged during the firing process, we will assist in determining possible corrective options when practical.
