By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or participating in our studio services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Use
All content on this website—including images, text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions—is the property of Art Glass City or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any material without prior written permission.
2. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy; however, occasional pricing or inventory errors may occur. Art Glass City reserves the right to correct errors, update pricing, and cancel or refund orders when necessary. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.
3. Product Use & Safety
Our products and materials are intended for artistic, hobby, educational, and professional glass work. Art Glass City is not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from: Improper use, Failure to follow safety guidelines, Misuse of tools, equipment, or materials. Customers are responsible for using all glass products safely and appropriately.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for unused, unopened, damaged, or incorrect items.

5. Classes, Workshops & Kiln Rentals
Classes & Workshops
Class registration and payment are required in advance. Refunds or rescheduling are available only for cancellations made 48+ hours before the class. Class materials, instructions, and demonstrations may not be recorded, copied, or redistributed. Art Glass City is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or cold-working performed by the student.
Kiln Rentals
All kiln rentals must be scheduled ahead of time. A complete firing schedule must be submitted and approved prior to rental. Art Glass City is not responsible for damages, cracking, bubbles, devitrification, or unexpected results caused by: User-provided firing schedules, Material choices, Glass incompatibility, Weather-related power outages or disruptions. If kiln-related issues occur during a standard Art Glass City firing, we will assist the artist in correcting the piece when possible.
Limitation of Liability
Art Glass City shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our products, services, website, or facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of income or business opportunities, damages resulting from issues accessing our website, or problems related to misuse of products, tools, classes, or kiln equipment.
By utilizing our website and services, you acknowledge and accept that all risks associated with such use remain solely with you.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
