Delivery Policy:

You can purchase your items online for pickup in store or ship order directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on orders over $300.00. We use UPS to ensure your orders get to you on time. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies all weights are rounded up to the next full pound of each item.

Orders placed Tuesday-Saturday by 2pm will be shipped same day as order was placed. After 3pm order will be shipped the next day. Orders placed Sunday or Monday will be shipped Tuesday. Inclement weather can prolong shipping, and you will be notified if so.

Store pick-up policy:

Store pick up hours are 11:30am-4:30pm the following day order was placed. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up. If you need Curbside pick-up, which, will need to pick-up at the back door, suite 630. Please call the store at 214-488-9412 upon arrival.

Please have adequate space in your vehicle when picking up glass.

Return Policy:

For in-store purchases store credit will be issued. For on-line purchases you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply contact us via phone (214-488-9412) or email at (tglasscity@gmail.com). For damaged product refunds photos MUST be emailed before any refunds will be processed. This will help us partner with our shipping company to prevent any future mishaps. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
